Job Summary

We seek a seasoned professional to join our leadership team as a Spray Drying Operations Manager or Food Manufacturing Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in spray drying technology, process optimization, and team management. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize spray drying processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient production
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, and HACCP standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food manufacturing, specifically with spray drying technology
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of improving process efficiency and quality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with advanced certifications in food processing or quality management a plus
