Job SummaryWe seek a seasoned professional to join our leadership team as a Spray Drying Operations Manager or Food Manufacturing Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in spray drying technology, process optimization, and team management. Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize spray drying processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient production
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency
