Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long Term Care Nursing Staff. The successful candidate will provide care and direct staff to follow the resident plan of care as determined by the Head Nurse.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $25.32 - $36.66 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance. Responsibilities
  • Supervise, assign, and evaluate the work performance of Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) on the assigned unit.
  • Assess, identify, and report any changes in resident status.
  • Perform and sign drug counts at the change of shift.
  • Oversee all aspects of care related to admissions, transfers, or discharges.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
  • Valid New Hampshire LPN license.
  • Leadership qualities and a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
  • Able to work harmoniously with others and delegate authority wisely.
Work Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling options, including Weekender I (24 hours/weekend) and Weekender II (36 hours/weekend). You may earn shift differentials based on your schedule.
