Key Responsibilities- Supervise the preparation of proposals and cost estimates to clients to ensure proper scoping of services and pricing.
- Oversee the daily operations of a department, including staff training, development, and performance review, as well as safety oversight and quality of services.
- Plan and participate in business development activities to identify and execute project opportunities and build client relationships.
- Develop and manage employee staffing plans, recruitment, and on-boarding.
- Prepare and execute annual business plans for the specialty service group.
- Oversee and manage key group metrics, including revenue growth, staff chargeability, project billing and collections, and project profitability.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project-related risk and company risk policies.
- Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure adherence to safety rules and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline practiced by the Firm, including Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology.
- 15 years of practice experience.
- Licensed ACM building inspector in MO and IL.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
