Job Title: Senior Quantitative Finance Analyst

As a Senior Quantitative Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through the development and implementation of advanced financial models and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of complex financial models and analytics to support business strategy and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for financial models and analytics, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Work closely with Technology staff to design and implement systems to run models and analytics
  • Provide methodological, analytical, and technical guidance to influence strategic direction and tactical approaches
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in credit, market, or economic analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively to both technical and executive audiences
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with technical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, and SAS
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Desired Skills:
  • Self-starter with strong sense of intellectual curiosity
  • Experience with machine learning and consumer behavior analytics in a financial institution
