Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Quantitative AML Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, validating, and monitoring AML models, as well as a strong background in Global Banking and Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate AML models to minimize false negatives and identify triggers for false positives.
  • Evaluate the organization's model risk management framework and controls for development, validation, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Manage ongoing monitoring of AML screening models, set performance metrics, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-LOB teams to integrate data science solutions into AML systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing, validating, using, and/or auditing AML models, economic sanctions, transaction monitoring, or fraud detection models.
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification.
  • Strong analytical, technical, communication, and auditing skills.

Pay and Benefits:

$90-95/hr, hybrid work arrangement, and comprehensive benefits package.
