Key Responsibilities:

  3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Manage patient flow, including registration, scheduling, and appointment reminders.
  5. Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments.
  6. Maintain accurate records, including medical records and billing information.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems and practice management software.
