Display Assembler / Packer Job Description

Upshift is seeking a skilled Display Assembler / Packer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products according to instructions and specifications
  • Stage assembled products in an orderly fashion for packaging and shipping
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for all team members

Physical Demands: This role requires frequent standing, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. You must be able to reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly. Good vision and hearing are essential for this role.
