Job Summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program in Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will provide recovery-focused services to individuals with serious mental illness, promoting independent living and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
