Job Summary:
Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a skilled Charge Registered Nurse to join our Neurovascular team. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
