The Pharmacy Manager is a key member of the Option Care Health Inc. team, responsible for leading the pharmacy department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, purchasing, and budgeting.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, maintaining a high level of quality in patient care.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- License: Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting, or 3 years of experience with additional qualifications.
- Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
