Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Jubilant Radiopharma. As a leader in the nuclear medicine industry, we offer a dynamic and customer-focused environment where you can make a real difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate goals for pharmacy and individual team members to support the organization's mission and performance goals.
  • Administer the pharmacy budget, manage profit and loss statements, and monitor current revenues and expenses.
  • Oversee team member safety, radiation safety, and quality programs to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals, prepare doses for transit, and calibrate instruments daily.
  • Collaborate with Sales Director to maintain customer relationships and develop service contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's of Science degree in pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Broad knowledge of the medical industry and business management.
  • Authorized User of radioactive materials on the pharmacy's radioactive materials license.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating team members and meeting performance goals.
  • Active state resident and non-resident pharmacist license.
