Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pharmacy business services to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare leaders to ensure effective internal business and finance controls and monitoring
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive results through others with positive outcomes
  • Manage and retain pharmacy contracts and negotiate with healthcare providers
  • Develop and implement project management plans to drive results and meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
  • 10+ years of experience in business administration in a healthcare setting
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in pharmacy network development and contract negotiation
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience in managing care pharmacy and expertise in legal and regulatory matters
Preferred Qualifications
  • LEAN training
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy business
