Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse is tasked with overseeing the comprehensive nursing requirements of residents, while actively embracing our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."
Work Schedule: On-Call
Compensation: Starting rate of $50 - $58 based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering a secure and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors to engage in the daily life rhythm of residents.
- Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Formulating care plans as necessary and effectively supervising resident care.
- Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction.
Qualifications for Success:
- Active RN license (or obtaining within 90 days) in the applicable state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
