Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and Sales:
    • Meet with potential renters to showcase available units and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
    • Conduct thorough background checks, credit checks, and other necessary verifications to qualify prospective renters.
    • Prepare and present leasing documents, adhering to company standards and regulations.
    • Collect rent payments, security deposits, and application fees in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service and Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current residents, providing personalized service and addressing their concerns.
    • Keep residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues.
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks:
    • Manage community facilities, including mailrooms, fitness centers, laundry rooms, and grounds, ensuring they are well-maintained and secure.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to support the leasing process.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily housing leasing, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong understanding of residential property management principles, terms, and fundamentals.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
    • NAA credentials a plus.
    • Preferred bilingual (English & Spanish).

Compensation and Benefits:

$18.00/hr plus commission, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
