Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical, and pneumatic components and systems.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory, with an understanding of 3-phase motor control circuits (preferred but not required).
  • Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated controls, and troubleshoot these systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment.
  • Follow directions and work independently when necessary.
  • Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork.
  • Be adaptable to scheduled and unscheduled overtime and shifts.
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment, adhere to GMP guidelines, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Participate in meetings, train others, and cover other positions as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and health by following all company safety procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting any unsafe conditions or practices.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate Degree preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have own hand tools for all job duties.
  • Wage is based on experience.
