Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely completion and documentation of day-to-day work activities, accurately enter facility enrollments for approval, denial or rejection, and troubleshoot internal processes, caller and customer issues.

  • This role requires a minimum of 1 year of call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • The ideal candidate will have a clear, pleasant speaking voice, the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring timely completion and documentation of day-to-day work activities;
  • Accurately entering facility enrollments for approval, denial or rejection;
  • Verifying and processing electronic or manual replenishment requests;
  • Troubleshooting internal processes, caller and customer issues;
  • Communicating with facilities to review exception reports and resolve program issues;
  • Acting as liaison between program and distribution center;
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for monthly reports;
  • Meeting department customer service and call standards;
  • Troubleshooting order issues;
  • Printing, mailing or faxing program correspondence;
  • Validating facility licensing;
  • Processing facility inbound correspondence;
  • Performing clerical duties: filing, faxing, shredding, etc.
