We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Services Assistant to join our team at South Central Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supporting clinical staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

As a Healthcare Services Assistant, you will work closely with our clinical staff to provide support services, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clinical staff with patient care services, including vital signs, wound care, and other medical procedures as assigned
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and mail distribution
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records software
Salary: $38,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience
