Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our seasonal tax offices. This position is responsible for delivering supplies and materials, performing basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with the annual setup and closing of offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax offices
- Perform basic maintenance repairs, including replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles
- Assist with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices
- Ensure offices meet overall brand standards
- Attend training required for the position
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs
