Location: Indiana, PA

Compensation: Not Applicable

Shifts: Weekdays, Weekends, Mornings, Afternoons

Overview: The primary role of the Security Operations Specialist is to safeguard and secure client assets while adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Shift Hours:

Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM

Saturday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement security protocols and site-specific duties in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Facilitate communication among clients, staff, and the organization.
  • Conduct essential security tasks including perimeter and interior patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and secure client properties.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide logistical support for the protection of client assets.
  • Enforce operational guidelines and site-specific instructions.
  • Establish and perform fundamental security duties, including access control and asset protection.
  • Coordinate movements with clients and security management.
  • Observe and document any incidents that may affect operations.
  • Assist in various positions or posts as required.
  • Prepare detailed reports of incidents.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and agencies to share information and coordinate efforts.
  • Monitor and report on suspicious activities, safety risks, and unusual occurrences.
  • Effectively communicate information and ideas.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in security.
  • Active means of communication.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Event security experience is a plus.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred.
