Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management:
    • Collaborate with various teams to outline testing tasks for each test cell.
    • Add and organize tasks for new testing assignments.
    • Establish and maintain predecessor/successor relationships for task dependencies.
    • Manage the allocation and reassignment of existing tasks across different test cells.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate a variety of reports to provide insights into project progress and resource utilization.
  • Process Adherence:
    • Ensure strict adherence to existing processes governing project coordination and management.
Requirements
  • Must-Have:
    • 2-4 years of Project management experience
    • Proficiency in MS Project for task management, including adding tasks and editing predecessor/successor relationships.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
    • Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage simultaneous projects and tasks.
    • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in project execution.
    • Willingness to follow established processes and protocols.
    • Onsite availability to facilitate seamless coordination with project teams.
  • Nice-to-Have / Strongly Prefer:
    • Experience in project management within manufacturing or engineering environments.
    • Familiarity with MS Project Center (e.g., Project Online) for enhanced project management capabilities.
    • Knowledge of utilizing Custom Fields in MS Project for tailored project tracking.
    • Understanding of Waterfall methodology and duration-based planning for project execution.
