Job Description
  • Provide high-quality patient care as part of our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP)
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current appropriate state licensure
  • Minimum 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience (preferred)
