Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to support the final integration and test of a Space RADAR Payload. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, direction, and support to a team of integration and test engineers, ensuring the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of integration and test engineers
  • Communicate and collaborate with RADAR subject matter experts to evaluate RADAR performance and verify requirements
  • Communicate technical issues to program leadership and help resolve technical issues with test procedures and equipment
  • Collaborate with the IPT Lead/Cost Account Manager to manage scheduling, tasking, and providing status of work complete
  • Ensure the successful completion of the project by leading the integration and test team
Requirements
  • BS in STEM with 12 years relevant experience or 10 years with MS
  • RADAR Integration and Test experience
  • Space Integration and Test experience at subsystem, Payload, or Vehicle-level
  • Technical leadership experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS in Electrical Engineering
  • Space RADAR Payload I&T experience
