Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Staff Systems Engineer to lead the Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T) effort for a production Space RADAR Payload program. This position is on-site in a program SCIF in Linthicum and Baltimore, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the AI&T effort for a production Space RADAR Payload program.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 14 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a STEM field with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • RADAR integration and test experience.
  • People leadership experience, including planning, scheduling, and execution, staffing, setting expectations, tasking, and measuring and reporting progress.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support payload delivery and AI&T efforts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Space systems experience.
  • Space payload integration and test experience.
  • Electronically scanned array (ESA) antenna experience.
  • Cost account management experience.
