Job Title: Staff Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Staff Integration Specialist to lead the Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T) effort for a production Space RADAR Payload program. This position is on-site in a program SCIF in Linthicum and Baltimore, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the AI&T effort for the production Space RADAR Payload program.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Develop and implement AI&T plans and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 14 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a STEM field with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in RADAR integration and test.
  • People leadership skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution, staffing, setting expectations, tasking, and measuring and reporting progress.

Preferred Skills:

  • Space systems experience.
  • Space Payload Integration and Test Experience.
  • Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) Antenna experience.
  • Cost Account Management experience.

Salary Range: $157,500 - $236,300
