  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with AgWest's organizational change management, product management, and project management frameworks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience in change management or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and support change
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and control assigned activities
