Job Summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking an Organizational Change Management Advisor to join our team in Spokane, Washington or Rocklin, California. This full-time position will collaborate with project and product delivery teams to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate use, and greater proficiency of changes that impact employees in the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management plans for assigned project and product delivery teams
  • Engage and guide key stakeholders to lead adoption of change initiatives
  • Create tools and resources to support project initiatives
  • Work with Business Solutions leadership to evolve and build the change management discipline
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with AgWest's organizational change management, product management, and project management frameworks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience in change management or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and support change
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and control assigned activities
