Job Title: Controls System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design/build organization, you will play a crucial role in the field implementation of controls systems for major projects in the Seattle area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and commission building automation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building automation technology
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in building automation controls
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, AHU's, VAV's, boilers, chillers, etc.
  • Experience with BACnet, MODbus, and/or Lonworks
  • Polished professional with excellent communication and teamwork skills
