Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ERP team responsible for development, maintenance, EDI, and TMS integrations.
  • Evaluate business workflows and ensure that platform capabilities meet organizational requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Epicor ERP, EDI, and TMS functionalities.
  • Manage ERP-related projects and address system challenges effectively.
  • Assess, propose, and implement modifications to fulfill organizational objectives.
  • Ensure comprehensive training for end users on system enhancements.
  • Provide mentorship and strategic guidance for aligning business and technical operations.
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and quality enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector within a manufacturing context.
  • Deep knowledge of Epicor ERP, BPMs, BAQS, SQL Servers, and integrations.
  • Experience in leading technical operations and development teams.
  • Prior experience with cloud migration is preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and passionate about achieving results.
  • Proven success in leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and partnerships.
