Job Title: Solutions Architect

At Softworld, a Kelly Company, we are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead our customer deployments of Aras Innovator solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing technical solutions that exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical implementation team in the planning, elaboration, design, construction, and transition of solutions.
  • Develop conceptual solution architecture using a combination of standard and custom applications to produce end-to-end customer solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, and build consensus across all stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology aligned to business value.
  • Transform customer requirements into technical solutions through a thorough understanding of the Aras Innovator suite of tools.
  • Lead or participate in the delivery of Proof-of-Concept engagements at key prospects.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of PLM deployment experience.
  • 1+ year of full-time experience developing solutions specifically for ARAS Innovator PLM.
  • Proven track record in leading large, enterprise PLM software deployments in an Architect role.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Technically self-sufficient with data modeling techniques, SQL Server, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficient with web programming languages such as C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSL.
  • Experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in any of the following verticals: Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Aerospace, & Shipbuilding.
  • Industry knowledge of any of the following: Engineering Change processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality systems processes, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, Manufacturing Process Planning, CMII change management.

This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States, directly for an employer, without sponsorship now or anytime in the future. This client is a US Federal Government contractor and is legally required to hire US Citizens. US Citizens will only be considered for this role.
