Data Solutions Architect

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our global data infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data platform architecture and cloud data solutions, with a strong working knowledge of Azure Fabric. They will be responsible for leading concept definition, architectural refinement, and the design and creation of solutions that support the strategic technology needs of the company.
Responsibilities- Analyze, design, develop, and implement data systems, infrastructure, and architecture to meet the requirements of the organizational needs.
- Lead data acquisition efforts from digital execution platforms, both ad-hoc and at a system level.
- Understand, monitor, and enhance data flows to enable reporting and insights development, including tracking data quality.
- Advise on best practices around data management and quality policies.
- Oversee the design, development, and tuning of data warehouses and data pipelines within Azure, adhering to CI/CD best practices.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation to ensure transparency and understanding of solutions.
- Maintain and support ETL/ELT integrations.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and assist with the creation of training programs for junior staff.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in relevant data positions.
- Proven experience as a Data Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Deep understanding of data platform architecture and cloud data solutions, with a strong working knowledge of Azure Fabric.
- Expert knowledge of data management, data integration, and database development techniques, including API connections.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project management skills and experience with strong ability to prioritize.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and processes and application implementation.
- Experience of Quality Management and systems in a regulated industry environment.
- Experience with scripting languages, for example, R and PowerShell.
