Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

O'Connell Electric Company is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, field technicians, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians as needed, ensuring efficient project completion.
- Manage service work orders, including job setup, billing, and closeout.
- Collaborate with project managers and field technicians to ensure effective project coordination.
- Maintain accurate schedules and labor records, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely payroll processing.
- Associate's degree or relevant experience in the construction industry.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with scheduling software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
O'Connell Electric offers a competitive salary range of $58,500 to $64,350 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
