Job Summary

Exalt Health Rehabilitation Hospital Conroe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership to the clinical team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical quality and patient outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new and innovative rehabilitation programs to meet the evolving needs of our patient population.
  • Build strong relationships with referring physicians and specialists, ensuring they understand our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Develop and implement systems to measure clinical performance, track outcomes, and utilize data to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas (RN).
  • Current BLS certification via the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Current ACLS certification via the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Current Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, unless a higher degree is mandated by state regulations.
  • 3 years of medical-surgical nursing experience required.
  • Previous hospital supervisory experience is required.
  • Proven track record of leading and improving clinical quality, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in rehabilitation medicine.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to rehabilitation services.
Salary

$90,000 to $125,000 based on experience
