We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Host/Brand Ambassador to join our team at Lebanese Taverna Express, located at Reagan National Airport. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Escort Guests: Welcome incoming and departing guests with a genuine smile and eye contact, and escort them to their assigned checkout area.
  • Answer Calls and Provide Service: Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide prompt and courteous service as needed.
  • Ensure Exceptional Service: Be attentive to guests' needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring they receive high-quality service and a memorable experience.
  • Protect Our Guests and Establishment: Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect our guests and establishment.
  • Process Payments and Reconcile Cash Drawer: Issue dining charges, validate credit charges, and reconcile cash drawer by proving cash transactions and listing credit card charges.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6 months of experience in a full-service or QSR restaurant preferred.
  • Language Skills: Read and speak English.
  • Team Player: A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: High level of customer service skills, with a passion for providing extraordinary service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
