Position Overview:
The Certified Mammography Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional mammography and diagnostic imaging services with precision and efficiency.

Department:
This role is situated within the esteemed Brigham and Women's Hospital, contributing to the excellence of patient care.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Mammography Supervisor and adheres to the established protocols and guidelines of the organization.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in Radiology or an equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography.
- ARRT certification as a Mammography Technologist is required, with ongoing education credits to fulfill State and Registry licensing standards.
- Current CPR certification is essential.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in diagnostic radiology is required, along with comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic procedures and radiographic technology.
- Capability to execute the responsibilities of a Radiologic Technologist as scheduling permits.
