Position Summary:

The Lead Financial Analyst will report directly to the Financial Controller and will play a crucial role in maintaining the general ledger, overseeing month-end closing processes, conducting bank reconciliations, and managing intercompany transactions. This role will also involve leading all month-end closing activities and financial oversight for multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate precise and timely financial reports and analyses, including account evaluations and forecasting
  • Execute the month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and accrual calculations
  • Develop and sustain daily cash flow reports, projecting cash requirements on a weekly basis
  • Support collections efforts as necessary, monitoring working capital and credit line usage
  • Evaluate business operations, trends, costs, and revenues to forecast future activities and pinpoint areas for improvement
  • Manage vendor relationships and identify 1099 reportable vendors
  • Foster a professional work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and management
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Karmak Software is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
  • Experience in multi-entity organizational settings
  • Ability to make independent decisions regarding routine office tasks
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
