We are seeking a qualified Medical Care Specialist to provide a full scope of medical services, including receiving strong clinical support services and working in an innovative practice environment. The ideal candidate will have an MD/DO from an approved medical/osteopathy school and graduation from an accredited residency program in family practice. Board certification within 24 months of commencing employment is required, as well as licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Connecticut. Bi-lingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred. We also accept NP's and APRN's for this position. The selected candidate will be part of a team that offers a blend of individual and population-based care, working in an innovative practice environment utilizing Advanced Access scheduling. The Medical Care Specialist will provide a full scope of medical services, including receiving strong clinical support services.
