Job Description
We seek a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and provide top-notch support. The ideal candidate will process orders, handle modifications, pack, and ship products while exceeding customer service expectations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Communicating with cross-functional teams nationally and internationally.
- Becoming an expert on our product lines.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Managing stock and warehouse inventory to ensure product availability.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- An unwavering commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support.
- Inside sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with the ability to lift 25 pounds.
