VIRELLA is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a passionate and purpose-driven individual to join our organization. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in servicing our existing 2,000 business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads.
You will have the opportunity to become an expert in training and developing a small team, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role as you master our systems and processes. This role offers a competitive weekly salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and grow our existing client base.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
- Supervise and guide team activity and results.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
