Role Overview:
The Technical Product Owner will serve as the principal product expert for the development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and guide 1 or 2 agile squads in delivering high-quality solutions.
2. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and subject matter experts to gather and refine business requirements.
3. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
4. Lead initiatives in Data Operations, focusing on service monitoring and operational excellence.
5. Utilize a strong background in development to influence and drive project success.
6. Act as an implementation lead, facilitating pilot runs and ensuring effective rollout across multiple regions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Data Operations and a solid understanding of UI/UX application development.
- Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value to stakeholders.
