Revenue Management Strategist for Multi-Property Timeshare Resorts

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue operations for multi-property timeshare resorts based out of Las Vegas. As the ideal candidate, you will maintain a cohesive and analytical Revenue Management culture, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that optimizes the revenue potential of our assets.
As a Director of Revenue Management, you will be primarily responsible for maximizing revenues through:
- Pricing and Inventory Maximization
- Forecasting Rental Revenues
- Optimizing all Distribution Channels
- Profit-led revenue strategies
**Key Responsibilities**
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular analysis of rate strategies and tactics for future decision-making
- Collaborating with Distribution and Digital to increase production
- Effectively managing 3rd party revenue systems as required, implementing recommendations across all channels
- Providing analysis of major OTA channels to ensure properties are maximizing revenues and marketing exposure
- Driving operational excellence for the RM discipline through best-in-class standards and processes
- Ensuring effective forecasting tools and processes are leveraged to drive accuracy
- Ensuring effective processes are leveraged through weekly revenue meetings and group meetings to ensure optimal business mix management, inventory management, and price evaluations
- Overselling strategies, optimal and seasonal market mix across group, transient, wholesale, and other segments
- Conducting ongoing competitor price/product analysis to ensure proper rate positioning/product offering for assets
- Collaborating with Sales, Distribution, and Marketing teams to ensure maximum share from all channels
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business/management or finance
- Minimum 7 years' experience in hospitality revenue management, managing large-sized assets
- A preferred understanding of the Las Vegas market, including on-strip and off-strip demand generators
- A good understanding of all customer segments and price products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
This estimate is based on industry standards for Directors of Revenue Management in similar locations and companies.
