Job Overview

At REMINGTON SEEDS LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Conditioning Operator to join our team. As a key member of our seed processing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Work closely with the Conditioning Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to ensure that all conditioning runs meet customer quality requirements.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate seed conditioning equipment according to instructions, including taking and documenting quality checks and activities as required.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean all equipment between conditioning runs to maintain product integrity.
  • Physical Demands: Lift and stack materials up to 68 lbs. for extended periods of time, and safely climb stairs and/or ladders to monitor and adjust equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System, and maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
