Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement, localization, and management of promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and signage.
  • Support media coverage for events, including interviews and press engagements.
  • Collaborate with management to compile advertising settlements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date theatre display signage.
  • Help coordinate grassroots marketing initiatives and street team efforts.
  • Represent the marketing department at events, assisting with media relations, sponsorships, and in-venue promotions.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and design original marketing content.
  • Contribute to and execute the social media strategy across platforms.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate team contributions.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee daily online engagement across multiple locations.

Email Marketing:

  • Manage the schedule and database for e-newsletter campaigns.
  • Compose and design content for email templates and distribute to subscribers.
  • Analyze e-news performance monthly and suggest enhancements.

Website Management:

  • Update and maintain website content, including event calendars and promotional materials.
  • Track and report on website analytics monthly.

Customer Engagement:

  • Assist with customer inquiries and needs via phone.
  • Manage contributions to non-profit organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and creative writing skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Must possess a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
