  • Customer Experience: Drive revenue and loyalty through proactive interactions with clients, providing solutions and advice to improve their financial well-being. Lead effective problem resolution and ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
  • Risk Management: Oversee the branch risk process, ensuring adherence to regulatory, security, and audit requirements. Train and coach team members on operational and risk activities, monitoring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive the employee engagement experience, responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through training, coaching, and development of employees. Lead the performance management process for direct reports.
Requirements
  • Accountability: Demonstrate accountability for business results, ensuring the branch meets or exceeds performance targets.
  • Leadership: Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail banking industry and the ability to drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on branch operations and management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as the Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) or the Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
