Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 clients weekly to ensure full-time engagement.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to children and families utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address community mental health needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through specialized training.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health services.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate care with various stakeholders, including families and other health professionals.
  • Attend clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance team collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution, with progress towards licensure.
  • Current Texas clinical licensure (LMFT-A, LPC-A, LMSW, LPA, etc.).
  • Experience in developing treatment plans and clinical documentation.
  • Background in working with diverse populations, including adolescents and families.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
  • Proficient in electronic health record systems and standard office technology.
  • Must pass a background check.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience or interest in working with military personnel and first responders.
  • Fully licensed mental health professional with a valid Texas license.
  • Experience in couples and family therapy.
  • Familiarity with community resources and insurance processes.
  • Passion for supporting clients aged 5 and above.
