At Mud Pie, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Account Support Specialist to join our in-house national accounts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing order fulfillment, managing sample requests and fulfillment, supporting sales staff with travel and presentation needs, tracking department goals, and providing item setup and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage in-house national accounts, ensuring timely order processing and adherence to customer vendor guides.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure all assigned accounts' orders meet quality and service standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse and VAS teams for order processing, sample management, and travel support.
- Track and manage department goals, including monthly management of the goal tracker.
- Provide item setup and customer support, including market recaps, item set ups, and web account support.
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant or in a sales support position.
- Expert level competency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work at an extremely fast pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
