We are looking for a Data Insights Specialist to join our team in the Financial Services Data Consultant II role. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in retail banking, payments industry, data analytics, financial services, or consulting, and will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.

The Data Insights Specialist will be responsible for leveraging extensive datasets to develop and execute strategic quantitative analysis for our clients and supporting managing client relationships. They will also be responsible for effectively and accurately communicating analytical results and strategic implications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics and be able to perform data analytics to draw insights out of data and develop a storyline for client presentations. They will also have strong verbal and written communication skills to directly interface with internal stakeholders on a daily/weekly basis.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $96,000, and a bonus incentive(s) based on individual performance and market considerations. We also offer flexible benefits, including flexible time off for exempt associates, paid time off for non-exempt associates, tuition reimbursement, and more.
