Responsibilities:
Oversee the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) operations across multiple production facilities, with a primary focus on enhancing safety and health protocols while maintaining environmental standards.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and lead a team, including one EHS Generalist. Your mission will be to foster a robust safety culture and implement effective programs related to ergonomics and machine safety.
Key tasks include:
- Driving engagement among manufacturing and plant leadership to promote safety enhancements.
- Implementing corporate EHS initiatives and providing strategic leadership in collaboration with Corporate EHS.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Proven ability to mentor and guide the EHS team.
Strong capability to unify and empower employees throughout their journey within the organization.
Inspirational leadership that energizes the team.
Effective communication skills to manage relationships at all levels, including executive leadership.
