Position Overview:
Aerotek, representing its client, is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician for maintenance and repair tasks on CRJ aircraft. This role offers a rotating schedule within a climate-controlled environment, providing an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on CRJ aircraft.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including service bulletins, air directives, repairs, and occasional modifications.
  • Fabricate and modify structural components of aircraft as necessary.
  • Engage in 16 lines of maintenance, contributing to the rapidly expanding CRJ line.
Work Environment:
Join a large, climate-controlled hangar located in Tucson, Arizona.

Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $28-$38
  • Per Diem: Up to $168 per week, covering 7 days.
Schedule:
  • Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on and 4 days off (flexibility required for shifts and days).
  • Overtime: Available at 8 hours every other week.
