Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet of aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy maintenance tasks on commercial aircraft, including structural repairs and modifications
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure aircraft airworthiness
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to complete complex maintenance tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial heavy maintenance
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structures and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military background with commercial maintenance experience
- Experience with CRJ 600, 700, 900, Challenger 600 and 601, and Q-400 aircraft
