Job Summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Imaging Service Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging solutions team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and Support: Perform scheduled and unscheduled service work on diagnostic imaging systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including installations, de-installations, and repairs of diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage electronic expense reports, weekly timecards, and other administrative duties associated with the job.
  • Travel: Travel up to 100% based on business needs, including overnight and air travel.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of previous field service experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment, active listening skills, customer service skills, organization and administrative skills, and analytical and communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in various medical environments, including sites under construction, and to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.

  • Salary: $38.46 hourly (depending on experience), with a $3,000 bonus incentive opportunity.
