About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urban Landscape Foreman to join our team at John Mini Distinctive Landscapes. As a key member of our Outdoor team, you will be responsible for leading a crew and providing high-quality landscape services to our prestigious client sites throughout the New York City area.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew of landscape professionals in providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in landscape tasks, including plant installation and service, lawn care, pest control, fertilization, edging, tree/shrub pruning and shearing.
  • 2 years minimum experience in leading a crew and delegating tasks to a team.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive work vans/box trucks (non-CDL).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
